Hello Friend! 

With over ten years of experience in mental health, consultant,  Licensed Chemical Dependency counselor & 8 years social services, I am here for you! 
I have a Masters in Clinical Counseling and Clinical Psychology. My absolute expertise comes from world experience that together creates a perfect mix. I am a mother of a child with special needs. I understand the stress, confusion, and struggle when it comes to mental health and disabilities. Our support comes from those who understand what we are going through.

Mental health is real! So many times overlooked. I am here to EDUCATE you on the knowledge and information for the 5 W’s we ask ourselves everyday on this journey. I am here to EDUCATE you on the services and resources you didn’t know existed. I am here to EDUCATE you on a better understanding and how to manage it. I am here to SUPPORT you through it all!  

I live in Texas with my husband, daughter, and furry kids. I am a domestic violence survivor with PTSD. I was an EMT for 13 years. I am currently a case manager helping families with disabilities and mental health. I helped and placed abused and neglected children to have a better home. 

My favorite things are reading mysteries, traveling & binge watching Law & Order & Greys Anatomy.
